Godwin Kipkemoi Chepkurgor has made such an offer to Bill and Hilary Clinton in exchange for marriage to daughter Chelsea. He first made the offer in 2000 when all three Clintons visited East Africa. He didn't seem discouraged that he's already married or that Chelsea is apparantly, if rumors are to be believed, close to marriage with a long time boyfriend.
